Terms and Conditions of Sale

These conditions govern the relationship between Lathrio and the customer for every purchase made through this online store. Please read them before placing an order: by completing a purchase you accept them in full.

1. The seller

2. Where we ship

Lathrio currently sells and ships to the United States only. Orders placed with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded in full.

3. Products and prices

All prices are shown in US dollars and are the final price you pay for the product. There are no import duties or customs charges on your order. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

We may change prices, offers and promotions at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed. Promotional prices are valid only for the period stated and while stock lasts.

We do our best to describe and photograph the product accurately. Photographs are illustrative: colours may vary slightly between screens, and accessories or props shown in a lifestyle image are not included unless the description says so.

4. Placing an order

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you give us is accurate and complete. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email.

We may decline or cancel an order, refunding any amount paid, if the product is out of stock, if there was an obvious pricing or description error, if payment cannot be authorised, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.

5. Changes and cancellation before dispatch

If you need to change the delivery address or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at raulkeepworking@gmail.com with your order number. We process orders within one business day, so we can only make changes while the parcel has not yet left. Once it has, your right of withdrawal in section 8 applies.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods offered at checkout, including credit and debit cards. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free throughout the United States. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from dispatch, and you will receive a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include delays caused by the carrier, by an incorrect address or by circumstances beyond our control. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. To exercise it, email raulkeepworking@gmail.com with your order number before the 14 days are up.

The product must be returned complete and in a condition that allows it to be resold. We will refund every payment received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 calendar days of being informed, using the same payment method you used. Full detail is in our Returns and Refunds policy.

9. Legal warranty

All products carry the two-year legal conformity warranty under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us with photographs and we will send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on top of your legal rights.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by misuse, by dropping the product, or by use outside what section 10 describes.

10. Intended use and safety

The Lathrio dispenser is an empty, refillable container for personal care liquids such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and serum. Each of the four bottles has its own flip-open lid on the top of the unit: you lift only the lid of the product you want to use, and the other three stay closed. It is not a food or drink container and must not be used to store medicines or anything intended to be swallowed.

Do not fill the bottles with flammable or corrosive liquids — acetone, nail polish remover, alcohol-based solvents, hydrogen peroxide or household cleaners — as they can damage the plastic and the lids, and doing so voids the guarantee.

The bottles are PET and the outer tube is ABS. Wash by hand with warm water and a little mild soap, then let the parts dry with the lids open. They are not dishwasher safe and must not be microwaved, boiled, or left in direct sunlight or in a hot car.

Keep the product out of reach of small children: the bottles, lids and the outer tube include small parts. Use the labels supplied so that every bottle clearly states what is inside, and rinse and dry a bottle before putting a different product in it.

Each bottle holds 30 ml, below the 100 ml limit for liquids in cabin baggage, but the final decision at a security checkpoint always belongs to the security staff. Check the rules of your airline and airport before you travel.

11. Intellectual property

The Lathrio name, logo, texts, photographs and the design of this store belong to Lathrio and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these conditions limits your rights as a consumer under the law, nor our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for damage caused by a use of the product that departs from section 10.

13. Personal data

We process your data to manage your order and, if you consent, to send you commercial communications. How we do it, on what legal basis and how to exercise your rights is set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these conditions

We may update these conditions to reflect changes in our products or in the applicable law. The version in force is the one published on this page at the moment you place your order, and it is the one that governs your purchase.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer's domicile, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
