Shipping Policy

Free shipping across the United States

Every Lathrio order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum order value and no delivery surcharge at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your parcel leaves, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Delivery estimates

• United States: 2–5 business days from dispatch
• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days from dispatch

These are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, customs checks and carrier delays can add a few days, and we will always tell you what we know if you ask.

Customs and import duties

Orders travelling outside the United States may be subject to import duties or local taxes set by the destination country. Those charges are decided and collected by your local authorities, not by us, and they are not included in the price of the product.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If 10 business days have passed since dispatch and your parcel has not arrived, email us at raulkeepworking@gmail.com and we will chase the carrier for you.

If something arrives damaged

Send us photos of the parcel and the product. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you.
