Returns and Refunds
As each pair is specially made to order, returns or refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong shoes are delivered
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if you experience any issues.
Sizing
To ensure the perfect fit, please double-check your shoe size before placing your order. As all shoes are handmade to order, we cannot accommodate size changes or returns based on a change of mind. If you need assistance with sizing, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Damage Reporting
In the rare event that your shoes arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@leathershoe.co.uk with photos and a description of the issue. This allows us to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Return Period
If a return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, please initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
Color Variations
Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color and texture may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade leather shoes and do not qualify for a refund.
